Kick‑start your journey to becoming a Surf Life Saver. Our Bronze Medallion course will run from late November to mid January and covers surf rescue skills, CPR, first aid, radios, signals and patrol operations.

Pre‑Course Requirement:
All candidates must complete HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid on Saturday 12th December 2026.

• Duration: Full day (8.30am – 4.00pm)
• Cost: Free
• Location: Surf Life Saving WA Training Rooms – 7 Delawney St, Balcatta

Bronze Medallion Course:

• Cost: $70
• Location: Sorrento Surf Life Saving Club
• Who Can Join: New and returning members keen to patrol this season

Course Schedule:

Kick-off Date: Saturday 21st November 2026, bright and early at 7.00am for your info session and pre-qualifying swim.

All other sessions will run:

· Saturday mornings – 7.00am

· Tuesday evenings – 6.30pm

· Course Length: Around 6–8 weeks of skills, surf, and teamwork!
