📣 IRB Requalification 2024

Attention Sorrento Surf Club members! The IRB requalifications will be held on the following dates:

• Sunday 24th December, 10am at Pinnaroo Point

⏳ Please allow 3-4 hours for the requalification. We’ll need to set up boats and transport them, so please arrive at Sorrento at least 1 hour before the start time to help.

Setting up and packing away the boats is part of the requalification, so everyone will need to assist to complete the process.

We’ve made a few changes this season, and an open requalification session will be held for all clubs at different locations.

💻 Important: New content for both IRB driver and IRB crew requalification is available in the SLS Powercraft e-learning section on the members’ portal. You’ll also find the updated IRB training manual with new videos on the techniques and renamed parts.

(Note: The e-learning isn’t compulsory, but it will help on the day!)
