🎉 U13 End of Nippers Party 🎉

📅 Date: 15th March 2025
📍 Location: Hijinx Hotel & Holey Moley, Karrinyup Shopping Centre
⏰ Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Get ready for a fun-filled day of mini-golf, party food, mocktails, and challenges as we celebrate the end of all Nippers! The event will be catered with delicious party food (think nuggets and fries!) and fizzy mocktails. Make sure to let us know if your child has any dietary restrictions.

🕒 Schedule

Drop-Off:

• 2:50 PM – 3:00 PM at Holey Moley, Level 2, Karrinyup Shopping Centre
• Parents, please drop off your child here, and remember, this is for Nippers only – no parents or siblings allowed. Our 5 Nominated Age Managers will be there to greet and supervise your child.

Activities:

1. Mini-Golf at Holey Moley (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM): 18 holes of fun!
2. Dining at Hijinx Hotel (5:00 PM – 5:40 PM): Party food and mocktails – everyone’s favourite treats!
3. Challenge Rooms at Hijinx Hotel (5:40 PM – 6:10 PM): 5 exciting challenges to finish the day with some action and laughter.

Pick-Up:

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM at Hijinx Hotel, Level 1, Karrinyup Shopping Centre
• If there are any delays, we will update via Facebook so you’re in the loop!

💵 Cost

The total cost for each Nipper is $41, payable via Eventbrite. RSVP and payment are due by Friday 28th February to secure your spot!

🍽️ Dietary Restrictions

Please let us know if your child has any dietary restrictions when signing up, as the food will be general party fare like Pizza and fries.

🎉 Fun and Games

Our 5 Nominated Age Managers will make sure the event runs smoothly and safely. They’ll coordinate any early retrieval with parents if needed, but otherwise, Nippers are to stay for the full duration.

Optional Parent Meetup
For any parents who’d like to arrive early, I’ll be organizing a table at Good Company from 6:00 PM, so you can relax and chat before picking up your Nipper.
